mUI Framework
mUI is a simple HTML/Javascript framework for writing mobile web applications.
It mimics some of the behaviors of the iPhone, which is it's primary target, but it is also browser independent and should work for Android and other mobile platforms.

Goals
- Look good on the iPhone
- Javascript NOT required for general functionality
- Can be tested in most desktop browsers
