Introduction

I just lost 50 pounds and I feel great. People are stopping to say things like, “You're loosing weight” or “You look good”. After that, they typically ask, “What are you doing?” That's where this book comes in. I'm excited to share my success and to describe the tools I used to make it happen. I hope that you'll be encouraged and will be successful losing weight too.

This book is not a diet plan. It's an introduction to some of the tools that I created and others that I used every day to reach my weight loss goals.

Losing weight is simple, but it's not particularly easy. You can do it, I believe in you.
