Project Breakdown X3

I call this “breakdown by three”. It's a simple idea. Start with a project that you need to complete. At first, it's daunting. Break that project down into 3 smaller parts. Now, prioritize them by importance. Next, break down the highest priority part into 3 smaller parts and prioritize these new parts. Continue that until you have a list of 3 items that is fairly easy to complete or that cannot be broken down farther. Now, work your way up the tree, completing the easy high priority items until the harder items are each done.
